  • Nursery Caregiver:  Provide dependable, safe, secure, and nurturing care to the children while at our church


  • Classroom Teacher:  Prepare and deliver the weekly lesson from the provided curriculum.

  • Shepherd:  Assist the classroom teachers while focusing on encouraging and coaching individual students (especially those not connected) through the morning.

  • Discover Time Leader:  Prepare and lead the weekly activity time from the provided curriculum.

  • Worship Leader:  Lead kids in a time to worship through song (get ready to jump, shout, and sing!)


  • Support Buddy:  Partner with a student during children's programming to provide needed support.


  • Sunday Morning Youth Leader: Help to facilitate the activities and small groups and engage with students at our Sunday morning youth program.

  • Wednesday Night Youth Leader:  Help to facilitate the activities and small groups and engage with students at our Wednesday evening youth program.


  • Ushers:  Welcome and help to seat folks as they come into the Worship Center at our weekend services.

  • Greeters:  Greet all who come into our building with eye contact and a smile.

  • Parking Team:  Direct flow of traffic on Sunday mornings.

  • Hospitality:  Brew coffee and maintain the coffee area at our weekend services.


  • Musician:  Help to lead the congregation in worship through song at weekend services and other worship events (drums, bass, electric guitar, keyboard/synth)

  • Sound/Lighting/Video Tech:  Help to in the behind-the-scenes production of our weekend services and other events.  Whether you have little tech experience or you do it professionally, there is a place for you.

  • Prayer: Stand with and be available for people in prayer at weekend services and other events. Training provided.


  • Facility Volunteer:  Work in conjunction with the Facilities staff on special projects around the First Free grounds.
